Do you have a question or need general information?
In this section we've collected the most frequently asked questions so that we can answer them as soon as possible if you need information. If you have not found what you are looking for in the list of questions and answers, please inquire during working hours (Mo-Fri, 8AM-4:30PM) on our online chat or telephone. You can also leave a message outside of business hours with the chat interface, the built-in messaging in the Contact menu as well as by e-mail at info[at]electropoint.hu. You can be informed about the operation of our webshop and shop as well as your rights from the Terms and Conditions (GTC) and the Privacy Policy under the Contact menu.
You do not need to register in our online shop to make a purchase. In the purchase process you are free to register to facilitate any subsequent purchases or to proceed with the purchase without registration.
The crossed-out price can be seen at periodic specials, discounted products and occasionally on the runway products and shows the original list price from which we provide the discount.
In our webshop we only sell new products in factory condition. We don't sell repackaged or used products.
For example if you are not at the address at which you request the invoice you can enter a different shipping address in the order process. Please provide your shipping and billing address carefully as we will not be liable for any loss caused by the provision of incorrect data!

Get in touch with our colleagues for information and receipt if you have not been automatically informed.
If the product you ordered is in our inventory you can get it within 48 hours in Hungary. Please note that we use a third-party service provider for delivery so the time of arrival of the package also depends on the transport company.
If you have requested a package abroad please get in touch with our colleagues!
Always check the package received even in the presence of the courier. If you see any damage to the package make a report with the courier (confirming that the damage was not done by you) and do not take over the package! We complaints about damaged packages will only be accepted upon presentation of the minutes.
Of course, we recommend that you keep the packaging at least until you try the product but if the packaging is damaged when unpacking the product this is not an obstacle to returning. In such cases, please pack the product to be returned as carefully as possible to avoid injury. Return the packaged product to us with the invoice you received with the product and depending on the reason for which you return the package, we will start the appropriate process once the product has arrived.
In the case of products ordered in the webshop, individuals are entitled to the right to withdraw for 14 days under the legal regulations governing acquisitions between the absentees (more information in the GTC under the Contact menu). If you have received the product and for any reason you believe it is not suitable for you, you can return it to us even without giving a reason. You also have the right to withdraw for 14 days if you personally pick up the product ordered from the webshop.
It's important, however, that this right only belongs to individuals. If you purchase a product for a company you will not have this right of withdrawal. Furthermore, if you use the product beyond test, you will still lose the right to withdraw for 14 days.

We provide warranty for all products we sell (more information in the GTC under the Contact menu). If the ordered product is defective, please inform us immediately and return the defective product to us.
